Bellagio

The project of this beautiful building, dating back to the 60’s and situated in a privileged location within a private wood, involved a comprehensive intervention on various fronts.

The renovation focused primarily on the interior part, featuring a careful architectural reimagining to make the space not only more functional but also aligned with modern aesthetic needs. Simultaneously, an upgrade of the technological systems was carried out, ensuring efficiency and living comfort that meet the latest standards.

The existing furnishings were preserved whenever possible, but adequately renovated and integrated with custom-made elements designed to blend with the surroundings. The doors and windows underwent a restoration treatment, preserving the building’s authenticity while ensuring improvements in thermal and acoustic insulation.

The entire project, from concept to completion, as well as the supply of materials and furnishings, was managed in every detail thanks to the close collaboration  with the team at the architectural firm, ensuring coherent and high-quality results.
